At Denali Performance Apparel, we stand behind our gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download and print it to prepare your package.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the apparel securely in its original packaging or a durable mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
